what the app does

vent & yeet lets you type out a vent, receive a one-time AI response, and then destroy it. the vent is meant to be let go, not kept.

what we collect

the data below lives only on your device. it is never uploaded to us or backed up to any server we run.

• mood data: your before and after mood scores, with timestamps only.
• aggregate usage stats: your total number of vents and tallies of which destruction methods and tones you have used.

what we never collect

• the text of your vents
• the AI responses you receive
• personal identifiers of any kind
• your email, name, or location

AI processing

to generate a response, your vent text is sent to Google's Gemini API for a single, one-time reply. your text passes through a secure relay server that forwards it to Google and immediately discards it. nothing is logged or stored at any point. the text is not stored by us, and it is not retained by Google beyond that immediate API call. Google's API data usage policy applies to that processing.

no tracking, ever

there are no accounts, no sign-ups, no tracking, no analytics, and no ads. the app does not share any data with third parties.
